Two-Story Addition With Exterior Improvements

Pacheaco Construction added a spacious two-story addition to the back of the Vo family residence, featuring a custom-built spiral staircase to the new second-story loft. The home’s new heat-reflecting windows will help keep it cool in the summer. We also re-roofed the entire house with lightweight tile and installed custom-stamped concrete in the backyard.
