The Smiths wanted a new master bedroom and more living space in their East Bay home. We started the second-story addition by installing structural supports in the garage, which allowed the home to accommodate additional square-footage above. This project would change the architectural lines of the home considerably. We replaced the roof, installed new windows and matched the paint of the new part of the home to the existing color. In the end, we created a second story addition that blended seamlessly with the original.
